The session itself is a focused conversation: we walk through your highest-impact opportunities, agree on what to prioritise, and work through your questions. You leave with clarity on what to do and in what order.
The 30-minute session is right when you have a specific focus area — a new site launch, a ranking drop, a particular service page that is not performing. The 60-minute session is better when you want a full strategic review across the site, including competitive positioning and content gaps.
You receive a short pre-session form when you book. It asks for your site URL, your main goals, your target audience, and any specific concerns. Completing it takes about five minutes and gives us what we need to prepare a useful review before the call.
Within 48 hours of the session, you receive a written document by email. It covers the priorities we discussed, the specific actions to take, the sequence to take them in, and any platform-specific notes. It is written to be actionable without needing to refer back to the session recording.
We can record the session on request. Let us know when you book and we will set up recording. The written action plan is the primary reference document — it is more useful than a recording for most clients.
The written plan covers the points we discussed. If something is unclear, email us within seven days of the session and we will clarify. Follow-up questions beyond that are best handled in a new session or as part of an implementation engagement.
Yes. The full session fee is credited toward any audit or implementation service booked within 14 days of the session. The credit applies to the full amount — $197 or $350 depending on which session you book.
