No. The strategy call is where the work begins. If you want to explore your options first, our resource library is the right starting point. Everything there is built to help you self-diagnose before committing to anything.

If you have a clear problem and just need priorities confirmed, the 30-minute call is enough. If your situation is more complex: wrong platform, unclear positioning, outdated site, then book the 60-minute intensive. When in doubt, choose the 60 minutes. We cover more ground, and you leave with a fuller picture.

We build exclusively on Squarespace and Shopify. If you are on WordPress, Wix, or another platform, part of the call will include an honest assessment of whether migration makes sense for your situation. We will not recommend a move just for the sake of it.

Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the call using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the credit toward QBD services still applies if you rebook within 14 days.
