About the Project
E3 Strategic Solutions is a Canadian consulting firm founded to improve organizational health for marginalized communities and the organizations that serve them. The name E3 reflects the initials of the founder and their parents, grounding the brand in family, Ghanaian heritage, and a structured, process-driven approach to service delivery. Established in 2023, the firm works with small mission-driven organizations to close knowledge gaps and build operational roadmaps for sustainable growth.
Challenge
E3 needed a brand identity that could hold its own in the consulting space without adopting the cold, corporate aesthetic typical of the industry. The brand had to feel warm, approachable, and culturally resonant, while still projecting the professionalism and credibility required to work with organizations managing operational budgets and teams. There was no existing visual identity to build from.
Our Approach
We built the E3 brand from the ground up, starting with a custom logo mark: a scripted E monogram paired with a refined serif wordmark, presented across three brand configurations for flexibility across digital and print contexts. The colour palette anchors on deep navy and warm gold, with supporting tones in soft blue, blush, lavender, and sand to keep the brand approachable and inclusive. Typography pairs a classic serif with a script accent to introduce warmth without softening the firm's authority. The brand system was then extended across a full stationery suite, including business cards, letterhead, presentation folders, and envelopes, as well as a branded pitch deck template built for client-facing presentations.
Results
E3 launched with a cohesive, professional brand identity that stands apart from the typical consulting aesthetic. Every touchpoint, from a business card to a pitch deck slide, carries the same visual language: structured, warm, and built for an audience that takes mission as seriously as margin.
