About the Project

Michaela Senior is a licensed industrial real estate broker with ComReal, specializing in the leasing and sales of warehouse, cold storage, and industrial outdoor storage properties across South Florida. With a background in architecture and real estate development, she needed a digital presence that matched her expertise and could compete in a market dominated by larger commercial firms.

Challenge

Michaela needed a professional website that could establish credibility with institutional landlords, investors, and businesses seeking industrial space in South Florida. The site needed to surface in search results for high-intent commercial real estate queries and convert that traffic into direct inquiries. Beyond organic search, she required a paid search strategy to generate leads quickly while the SEO foundation matured.

Our Approach

We designed and built a clean, conversion-focused Squarespace website structured around ComReal's key service lines — warehouse sales and leasing, buyer and seller representation, and landlord and tenant representation. Industry vertical pages and area-served pages were built to capture long-tail SEO traffic across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We then implemented a Google Ads strategy targeting high-intent industrial real estate searches across South Florida to drive qualified leads from day one.

Results

The site launched with a clear, professional presence that positions Michaela alongside larger commercial brokerage operations. The combination of targeted SEO architecture and Google Ads created a dual-channel lead generation system — organic for long-term growth, paid for immediate visibility.
